Known for building high-performing teams and driving cross-functional alignment, Chris helps organizations improve execution, efficiency, and growth.

He has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Store Operations at Party City and Regional Vice President at OfficeMax/Office Depot. In these roles, he led major initiatives across multi-billion-dollar retailers, delivering results through improved store communications, streamlined operations, and scalable system enhancements.
